“Канада постійно висловлює підтримку та відданість цій гуманітарній місії. Ми були задоволені, що три канадські лікарі, разом з двома німецькими лікарями, змогли здійснити незалежне медичне обстеження пані Тимошенко“. Спеціалізація канадських лікарів доповнила спеціалізацію їх німецьких колег.
“Хоча я не можу коментувати медичні висновки ані канадських, ані німецьких лікарів, із причини конфіденційності між лікарем та пацієнтом, я можу сказати, що три члени канадської медичної команди є визнані, високо кваліфіковані та досвідчені медичні працівники.“ “Вони провели обстеження пані Тимошенко відповідно до найвищих медичних стандартів, особливо зважаючи на об’єктивність та професійну етикy.

Также неизвестно, был ли диагноз - базовые анализы не были сделаны ввиду отказа пациента.

February 18, 2012 - Canada’s Ambassador to Ukraine, Troy Lulashnyk, issued the following statement following the conclusion of an independent medical assessment by Canadian physicians of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko:
“On behalf of the Government of Canada, I would like to pay my sincerest gratitude to the three Canadian physicians who have recently concluded an independent medical assessment of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
“As Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Minister, John Baird, indicated last week, Canada's interventions paved the way for the three doctors to participate in the medical commission established by the Government of Ukraine to assess the health of Ms. Tymoshenko.
“Canada has repeatedly expressed its strong support and commitment to this humanitarian mission. We were pleased that the three Canadian doctors, joined by two German physicians, were able to carry out an independent medical assessment of Ms. Tymoshenko. The fields of expertise of the Canadian doctors complemented the specialisations of the German physicians.
“While I cannot comment on the medical findings of either the Canadian or German doctors due to doctor-patient confidentiality, I can say that the three members of the Canadian medical team are upstanding, highly qualified and experienced medical practitioners.They conducted their examination of Ms Tymoshenko upholding the highest medical standards, especially with respect to their objectivity and ethics. Furthermore, the Canadian medical team’s observations, shared with the medical commission and with the permission of Ms. Tymoshenko, were in no way influenced by any external factors. Вот смотри: ты озвучил тезис:
красивый, ёмкий и точный (тезис)... он был бы если бы не некоторые нюансы.Так что пан Ринат больше, чем президент. Он делает президентов.
1. Этот тезис состоятелен в условиях развитого капитализма.
2. Ты его позаимствовал, купившись на яркость обёртки, и применил к украинским реалиям.
В результате получилась глупость, то есть суждение поверхностное и незрелое.
В качестве маленькой подсказки, которая, возможно, поможет тебе лучше разобраться, скажу, что в наших украинских реалиях нельзя утверждать, что Ахметов является тем челом, который "делает президентов". Они до сих пор между собой не разобрались, кто из них кого сделал - Ахметов "сделал" Януковича презом, или Янукович "сделал" Ахметова Ахметовым.
Но в чём я могу тебя заверить, так это в том, что как только они сами разберутся в этом вопросе, то моментально кто-то когото сожрёт.
Ну, это так, маленькие намёки на твои ошибки. А если попробовать перевести беседу в более конструктивное русло, напомню один эпизод, который может стать отправной точкой в рассмотрении сегодняшних реалий.
