Неизвестно, конечно, что за интервью, было ли оно, но всё не так тупо, как Вы говорите.

Если украинский текст, как и русский - переводные с испанского, то неизвестно, кто еще что переврал.

Вот английский перевод, в точности совпадающий с русским :

В том то и дело:
"У нас есть такие приборы, но мы вам про них не расскажем."(с)
Т.е. ссылаются неизвестно на что, малоизвестное(потому как на неизвестное интервью, неизвестному журналисту и неизвестному изданию), но общеизвестное.
