Me and Viktor are talking about problem with organizations which are doing wrong transcription. =)))

Not for my personl interest but it`s scientifical, if it`s not big secret of course. :)

I had one net-friend from one very wonderful forum. He`s from Moscow and besides he`s my age-mate. He has very difficult name to transcribing for all these organizations. Only OVIR did several variants.
Алексей Васильев - as You see this name contains a lot of specifical vowels - iotacized.
So the OVIR did a lot perversions! )))

Yes, exactly about this system I`m talking on when I do declare that is ugly and stupid system. Exactly this system is using in OVIR. And you can see it on an OVIRS` doors.
I have changed my pass in 2008. When I saw this system I was shocked.
I did write about this system at the largest russian-speaking linguo-forum and forum was shocked too.

у нас была идея встречаться по выходным, но на самом деле многие участники клуба проводят их с семьёй....поэтому пятница все-таки оказалась наиболее подходящей для большинства из нас...

we had an idea to meet on weekends but actually many members of our club spend them with families...that's why Friday turned out to be the most convinient day for the majority...

I never knew about soccer moms. Thanks to You some new terms are became known to me.
When I had read this term "soccer moms" I did imagine what it could be. And my imagination was right.

After I did read here.

So I don`t like soccer moms. And this phenomenon comes from general Puritan world outlook and their civilization.

And I found very intersting and eloquent citation —
