Оксана, how long do you teach English? Тут надо PPC ?
How long do you know him? Тут надо PPC ? Если да, то how long have you been known/knowing him?
How long do you study English? Тут надо PPC

Выше все три звучат не грамотно, как спросить человека how long do you work here (хотя он еще работает) ? Тут надо PPC

How long - признак/маркер/сигнал перфектных времен и не используется с Present Simple.
How long have you been learning/studying English? (такой вопрос обычно не задают в Present Perfect Simple, да и обучение - это всегда процесс, что подтверждается -ing формой)
How long have you known him?
'Know' не имеет -ing формы, как и многие другие глаголы умственно-чувственного восприятия: understand, like, believe, etc. Их еще называют 'state verbs', в отличие от 'activity verbs'.
How long have you had that watch?
How long have you been married? ('married' здесь - прилагательное, образованное от 3 формы глагола)
How long have you worked here? - Сколько вы здесь уже отработали?
How long have you been working here? - Как давно вы здесь работаете?
How long have you been here? - Ты давно здесь?
Have you been waiting long? - Ты уже давно ждешь?
Если человек уже не работает, то можно 'how long' применять к Past Simple и, конечно, при необходимости, Past Perfect или Past Perfect Continuous.
How long did you work there? - нормальная разговорная фраза.
