    - issue tracking and resolution via corporate ticketing system
    - communication with customers via email and some phone calls
    - routine administration tasks (billing, reporting)
    Required skills:
    - fluent in English - written and verbal
    - customer support experience
    - IT technical support background
    - ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
    - courteous and patient
    - ability to work independently, but ask for help when needed
    Desired skills:
    - familiar with support ticketing systems
    - familiar with email troubleshooting
    Salary (basing on 8hrs a day, 5 days a week) is USD 400 for the first month and USD 600 after the test term. Half-day work schedule is also an option, including night time hours.
